Our recommendation for a meaningful experience would be about 15 hours a week to truly be present. At minimum, we ask that members allot at least 5 hours each week (or 20 hours a month) to engaging with the PLAYBook.

Wisdom Circles are spaces where members share their experiences, lessons, and insights from the exercises in the PLAYBook.

Our Learning Circles are educational experiences for members to learn the theoretical and philosophical concepts behind each quarter's theme.
