ABOUT US
Auclare Vision is a sanctuary for thinkers, creatives, and leaders committed to stewarding life-affirming futures. Our worldmaking ecosystem recovers the imaginations of communities, organizations, and institutions to build futures beyond injustice.
OUR STORY
In 2020, Kenya Johnson launched Auclare Vision with a bold goal: to transform our relationship with work. After graduating from Howard University, Kenya experienced the daunting transition from student to professional and quickly identified a critical gap in career transition support. She observed the widespread disconnect between individuals and their careers and recognized a profound need for guidance and resources in personal and professional development.
Determined to bridge this gap, Kenya leveraged her extensive experience in people and team development to create Auclare Vision. Her vision was both radical and straightforward: to prioritize impactful and meaningful careers as much as organizational success. This vision is about more than satisfaction at work; it’s about empowering individuals to unlock their potential and ensuring everyone has access to meaningful work.
From humble beginnings with resume services, Auclare Vision has grown into a beacon of support for our workforce’s most vulnerable. Today, our mission is simple: Empower professionals to lead meaningful careers. We strive to create a work culture rooted in purpose, innovation, and community. Anchored in wellness, strategy, and learning, our work champions career equity and fulfillment for all.
